If we need to cancel: We require a minimum of 4 guests to operate our tours. If this threshold is not met, a warning email will be sent the day before. Should the minimum still not be reached, the tour will be canceled by 8 AM on the scheduled day, and all affected guests will receive a full refund.

We are a small company, and some of our tours are led by specialized experts. These tours do not have backup guides, so unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a tour.

Painting: The tour will be cancelled (and fully refunded) if rain >5mm/hr is forecasted.

If you need to cancel: We ask that you let us know at least 12 hrs in advance for a full refund. Cancellations less than 12 hrs in advance are not refunded.

Dress to be comfortable outside (layers, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.) - tours are almost entirely conducted at outdoor locations. Bring something to drink.

All required supplies are provided, but you are welcome to bring some of your own if you like :)
